MY JOURNEY

From 186 kg to an endurance lifestyle.

The goal started with weight loss. Over time, it became something much bigger: building a body that could run, ride, hike, recover and keep showing up. The transformation changed what I weigh, but more importantly, it changed what I can do.

THE PROGRESSION

First I changed the body. Then I built the engine. Then I made it a lifestyle.

Change the body

At 186 kg, the first objective was simple: change direction. Losing 108 kg took years of repeated choices, not one short phase. Reaching 78 kg was the visible result of a much bigger change in daily habits.

Build the engine

Cycling, hiking and eventually running changed the focus from simply becoming lighter to becoming capable. VO₂ max moved from 29.37 to 53.96, and distances that once would have been a major event became normal training.

Make it repeatable

The part I value most is consistency. Training, strength work, fasting structure and simple food rules stopped feeling temporary. They became the routine that keeps the progress moving instead of treating the transformation as finished.

The biggest change is not the number on the scale. It is what my body can do now.
